My practice is influenced by relational therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic and systemic thinking, as well as my knowledge of child development, organisational settings and supervision models. I aim to provide a safe and confidential space to explore aspects of your work, enabling you to develop a deeper understanding of what is going on at different levels. I work collaboratively through joint ‘contracting’, active listening and thoughtful questioning. I offer feedback and advice when useful.
